In case there are just two resistances Re=R1*R2/(R1+R2)
If you have more sources, in parallel I (intensity)= nE/(R+r/n)
Serial: I=nE/(R+n*r)

Bottom line… it is far superior at picking up dust, dirt, fingerprints, and bacteria than ordinary cotton and other materials. How can this be you say? Well, here is a quick comparison between cotton and microfiber:
Microfiber • Smaller than 1/100th or .1-.2 of a denier of single strand of human hair • Split ended technology = negative electrostatic charge (actually attracts dust and dirt) • Same surface area as a cotton cloth 4x its size • Able to pull debris away rather than rub them around on surfaces.• Polyamide allows for the absorption of fingerprint and facial oils
Cotton• At least 40 times larger than a microfiber fiber• Soap/chemicals needed to attract and hold debris and foreign matter• Not as absorbent; smears oils
Microfiber is made using a couple different materials. The first is polyester; this material is what gives microfiber its strength and durability. The second material is polyamide, and this is what makes this fabric so absorbent and able to clean fingerprint and facial oils from touch screens so well. It is well know that microfiber is made using split-ended technology, which not only increases the surface area of microfiber but is also what gives this type of material such great cleaning abilities. Microfiber can actually hold 7 times its weight in water and hold it without dripping. It is also positively charged so it actually attracts dirt and dust which hold a negative charge. Tests have also shown microfiber to be 99% effective at removing bacteria from surfaces and shown to not promote bacterial growth.
This material is also re-usable and easy to care for. The only thing to remember when washing this material is that you should not use bleach, fabric softener or dryer sheets. Doing so results in less absorbability of foreign materials and oils and affects the negative charge of the fabric. Other precautions to take when washing and drying microfiber is to not let temperatures exceed 140 degrees fahrenheit and to wash with like materials.
Using microfiber to clean such things as iPads, iPhones, tablets, kindles, smartphones, laptops, and other touch screen devices and screens is a great choice and the results will be easily seen. If you’re tired of getting so so results when using your t-shirt or the nearest napkin to clean your electronics opt for a microfiber cleaning cloth. You will find that microfiber, for the most part is easy to find and fairly inexpensive. Do of course pay attention to the quality and watch out for microfiber imitations. Happy cleaning!

Question by : 2 year degree in electronics to 4 year degree in electrical engineering?
I’m about to go back to school and want to get in the field of electronics since I am an Electronics Technician in the Navy. My question is, will an associates degree in electronics transfer to an path in electrical engineering degree later? or should i just go straight into the electrical engineering path now? don’t want to get the 2 year degree then have to retake a whole other set of classes later on for the 4 year degree. its like they’re the same field but different.

Answer by PE2008 A 2yr ABET-accredited degree in Electronics Engineering Technology can be a path to Electrical Engineering but only if “pre-requisites” are chosen carefully. It’s more common to consider a 2yr Electrics Enginneering Technology degree as a path to a 4yr Electronics Enigneering Technology degree.
Most 2yr “Electronics” degrees are self-contained and none of their credits transfer to Electrical Engineering.

Answer by David F In your specific case, I would suggest you get a list of September’s courses, visit each professor, and ask for the title of the book they plan to use. Then buy it, and read it at a comfortable pace over the summer.
The college library may have older editions available for loan, too.
In a general case, I’d recommend the “ARRL Handbook for Radio Amateurs”. It has 80 to 90% of the material you’d cover in 3 years at college, all condensed into one book, is easy to read, includes projects and theory, and costs only $ 40.

These companies, by their will to earn more profits and, to continue in business with changing trends, invested in electronics research that would pay in near future. Economic backup to a field of knowledge is defined by demand. Electronics presented an ever ending inventory of appliances to refine one’s lifestyle, ease out worries related to work and communication and entertain you at any place, anytime.
Electronics industry is very fast faced and no one can stand still, doing nothing. I have no desire to be an electrician. I would like to learn how to design circuits and perhaps work in Robotics or with computers. My college doesn’t offer a degree in Electrical Engineering though, only one in Electronics Tech. Should I choose a general Engineering degree, or one in Compsci instead, and change my major when I transfer to a four year school?

I am 17 years old and I am deciding which major I should pursue in college. I am pretty sure I want to major in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. I would like to get a job designing electronic devices, not some boring job at a power plant or power station.
Could you please cover these questions :
1. What is the difference between the two engineering degrees?
2. Would both degrees be acceptable for a person who wanted to design and create electronic devices for films, tv ads and such?

but as electrical engineer u deals with big devices lik Transformers , …..etc
