You are more than half way there. Most of your courses can be used for a civil engineering degree. In fact if you get a PE, in most states, the PE can be used in any field. However, you should take courses to know the material.
Go to your local Civil engineering school with your transcript. Have them review it, and tell you which courses can be applied to the Civil engineering degree. With luck, you may only require a hand full of courses.
Cheers and good luck!

Woodway Police Department Increases Organization, Efficiency with New Datum Storage System
Woodway, Texas (PRWEB) March 06, 2012
While busy serving the needs of the community, the Woodway Police Department had their own needs that weren’t being met—adequate storage and organization. The renovation of their building presented an opportune time to create a new storage system for officers’ personal belongings. Such a specific need called for a custom design and Datum was up to the challenge. Datum created an entirely new product, the 4Post™ Locker, to meet the Woodway Police Department’s exact specifications.
The Datum 4Post™ Locker is detailed, both inside and out, to create an organized and efficient personal space for each of the officers. The locker features a lockable hinged door on the outside to secure the unit. Shelves, garment rod and locking drawer on the inside of the unit help to make the most of every last inch of space. The most special feature might be that each unit contains a power strip for officers to plug in and charge their electronics while on duty.
The 4Post™ Lockers line the walls of the locker room, providing a designated space for officers to store their personal belongings, including street clothes, hanging uniforms, shoes, toiletries, cell phones, and other items in a secure environment.
“For a group of individuals who give so much to serve and protect us each day, I’m grateful for the opportunity to give them something they need in return,” said Thomas Potter, President of Datum Filing.
Founded in 1968, Datum Filing is a second generation family-owned company that supplies storage and filing systems to meet almost any need. Starting with simple, desktop organization products, Datum has since grown into a 120,000 square foot facility located in Emigsville, Pennsylvania. Datum Filing Systems has earned an ISO 9001 Certification based off of its high standards of business quality and leadership.
